Installer - Cabinets

The Cabinet Installer is responsible for the precise and professional installation of cabinets in residential and commercial properties. This role involves measuring, fitting, and securing cabinets, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction. The Cabinet Installer will work closely with clients and team members to ensure that installation projects are completed on time and to specification.

• Cabinet Installation:
  • Measure and assess installation spaces to ensure cabinets are installed accurately.
  • Install cabinets, including base cabinets, wall cabinets, and specialty units, according to manufacturer specifications and design plans.
  • Adjust and level cabinets to ensure proper alignment and functionality.
  • Secure cabinets to walls and floors, ensuring stability and safety.
• Preparation and Planning:
  • Review installation plans and blueprints to understand project requirements and layout.
  • Prepare and organize tools, materials, and hardware needed for the installation.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify any design details or special requirements.
• Finishing Touches:
  • Install cabinet hardware such as hinges, handles, and knobs.
  • Ensure all cabinets are clean and free from damage before leaving the job site.
  • Perform touch-up work and minor adjustments as needed to achieve a flawless finish.
• Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the completed       installation.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, disposing of debris and packing materials properly.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Complete installation documentation, including work orders and inspection reports.

• Education:      High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:     Experience in cabinet installation or a related field, with a strong understanding of cabinet construction and installation techniques.
