Wayne Door is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team in Ashland as an Installer Helper. No experience? No problem. If you show up, work hard, and want to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

👷 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work side-by-side with experienced technicians on real job sites, helping install and service garage doors, entry doors, and more.

• Assist with installations, repairs, and service calls

• Load/unload materials and keep jobs moving

• Set up tools, prep work areas, and clean up after the job

• Hold and position materials during installs

• Learn how to safely use tools and equipment

• Be part of a team that gets the job done right

💪 What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Comfortable working with your hands

• Team-first attitude

• Valid driver’s license is a plus
