Installation Team Member: 

Installation of event rentals is the foundation of events. As an Installation Team Member, you will assist in loading, unloading, setting up, and striking event equipment in the field. The Installation Team reports to a Bright Warehouse Location and the company provides transportation to and from the job site. Driving a vehicle is not required to be an Installation Team Member. Bright offers all Installation Team Members training and development for success with opportunities for advancement.  

Job Responsibilities:  

• Carefully and safely unload and load vehicle 
• Set-up and strike event equipment (tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tenting, dishware, and custom-made pieces) as directed. 
• Travel to different local job sites daily with Team Members 
• Assist Drivers by safely navigating and guiding them while they are driving  
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds daily and repeatedly  
• Follow company safety guidelines  
• Communicate professionally with customers and Team Members  

Qualifications for Installation Team Member: 

• Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued!!  
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and longer hours 
• Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments  
• Punctuality and Reliability
