Job Description - Installer/Repair Technician

Venture Communications is seeking a motivated and skilled Installer/Repair Technician to join our team in Highmore, South Dakota. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic outside plant facilities and subscriber services for both business and residential customers.

As an Installer/Repair Technician, you will be responsible for:

Installing and maintaining fiber optic outside plant facilities.
Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing subscriber services for business and residential customers.
Working independently and as part of a team to meet customer needs.
Maintaining accurate records of work performed.
Adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn technical skills in Broadband/Telecommunications.
Clean background check and driving record.
