• Step into different branches and bring consistency, energy, and support wherever needed
• Spot opportunities to make someone’s day easier (and their finances stronger)
• Keep everything compliant, secure, and running smoothly behind the scenes

Are You the One? (The Qualifications) 

• Education: A high school diploma or GED is required, but if you have a Bachelor’s degree or a few years of experience, even better!
• Tech Savvy: You should be a pro with technology, from Microsoft Office to Google Apps like Gmail and Sheets.
• Smooth Talker: You can speak and write clearly without being overly verbose (no "word salads" here!).
• Cool as a Cucumber: You maintain stable performance even when things get a little time-pressured or stressful.
