Job Description: Instructional Assistant Aide

Monday-Friday 5 hours per day *during School hours

Now Hiring: Instructional Assistant (IA) 

Liberty Education Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dependable Instructional Assistant for cyber charter schools to provide 1:1 in-home student support 

• Compensation: $23-$25 an hour


• Mileage Reimbursement to and from students' home


• Setting: In-home 1:1


• Responsibilities: Support the student's learning, engagement, and individualized educational goals. Keep your student on task while he/she is attending virtual classes.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or students preferred, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping students succeed.


• Associates degree or higher 


• Reliable transportation
