Instructional Assistant (IA) – Cyber Charter School (In-Home Support)

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support to students in their homes.


• Support cyber charter school instruction and help students stay engaged with learning.


• Assist students in meeting academic and IEP-related goals.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher required.


• Experience working with children, special education, or behavioral support required.


• Reliable transportation required for in-home travel.

Required Clearances:

• FBI Fingerprints


• PA Criminal Background Check  


• Child Abuse Clearance  


• Mandated Reporter Training


• TB test results 
  

Schedule: Monday–Friday, school-day hours
Location: In-person, student homes (Blair County, PA)
