Instructional Design Assistant (Temporary Role)

Your Seat at the Table:

• Assist Instructional Design Manager with creation of learning experiences for Corporate and Plant Teams.
• Assist with development of courses, programs and curriculum.
• Prepare learning materials for course development.
• Coordinate the requests for content creation.
• Prepares learning activities, assignments, and assessments for course creation and development.
• Create Instructor and participant guides and other course materials.
• Assist with management of learning management system.
• Upload and assign completed courses in the LMS system.
• Writes scripts for learning content.
• Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users.

What you Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) a plus but will train the right candidate.
• Project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Adult Learning Methodologies
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues.
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
