The Learning and Teaching Hub (LTH) in the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering is seeking a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) who is committed to the success of our students and faculty, as well as is passionate about digital learning in higher education. As an LXD, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative and diverse team to engage our faculty and other subject matter experts on the design and development of learning experiences across multiple modalities (e.g., online, hybrid, on-ground). In addition to guiding the process of aligning course objectives with instructional materials, you will be recommending, piloting, and supporting effective and creative uses of instructional technology, as well as designing, maintaining, and revising digital materials to meet the needs of our diverse and growing number of students.

The Learning and Teaching Hub directly supports ASU's charter of access, inclusion, and academic success by facilitating a culture of teaching and learning within the Fulton Schools of Engineering. We partner with FSE faculty on ongoing professional development and communities of practice, instructional consultation and coaching, collaborative learning development, and effective use of learning technology and analytics. The LTH team is present on both the Tempe and Polytechnic campuses. Our positive work culture and ability to collaborate effectively is facilitated in part through flexible engagement both in person and remotely across campuses.
The Learning Experience Designer is the mid-level position within ASU's expansive career opportunities and growth in the field of instructional design and educational technology.
