What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Execute maintenance and calibration reliability engineering tasks, including the upkeep, and repair of manufacturing processing systems throughout facility.
Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, working effectively as a team member and coordinating with others.
Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results.
Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within the agreed timeframe.
Identify and solve moderately routine problems.
Complete assignments with moderate supervision using established procedures, referring deviations from standard procedures to the supervisor.
Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.
Participate in multi-craft work activities, assist with plant audits, be involved in safety committee activities, and follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements and protocols.
Track repair history of process support systems and equipment, lead or participate in continuous improvement activities, and make recommendations regarding improved machine performance.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in computer usage.
Solid understanding of basic technical or functional disciplines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Military training (PMEL) or previous Biopharma experience is preferred.
Metrology / Calibration experience.
Experience in PLC’s, Temperature, Flow measurement devices.
Previous experience working in a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Experience in GMP environments / Clean Room.
Experience with continuous improvement activities.
Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and schematics, P&ID’s.
Experience and understanding of Lock out tag out of equipment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Physical/Mental Requirements
This position will involve field work and office work requiring sitting, standing and walking. This position may also require the ability to climb ladders and work at heights while being tied off; be able to lift 50 pounds and be able to wear a clean room gown.
Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel or Environment Requirements
Requirements include the ability to travel (foreign and domestic) and are willing to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, holidays and off shift as needed. First Shift; Wed - Sat; 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
