Position Details

Pay: $22/hour + commissions and bonuses

Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Your Role

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Manage client accounts by reviewing and updating insurance policies as needed.

Provide expert advice to help clients select tailored solutions for property, casualty, and life insurance needs.

Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products to meet client needs.

Ensure client records are accurate and up to date in our systems.

Actively work toward achieving performance goals and contributing to agency growth.

What We’re Looking For

Licenses Required: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance licenses.

Account Management Experience: Proven success in managing client relationships, with a history of delivering excellent customer service and meeting targets.

People-Oriented: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain accurate records.

Self-Starter: Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
