What You'll Be Doing:
Relationship Building: Be the person clients genuinely want to talk to
Account Management: Handle renewals, policy changes, and service requests with care
Problem Solving: Think outside the box to find solutions that work
Growth Opportunities: Cross-sell and upsell by identifying real needs
Learning: We'll train you on small commercial accounts
Being a Trusted Advisor: Educate clients and build lasting loyalty
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Must-Haves:
- 1+ years insurance experience (account management or CSR)
- Louisiana P&C License (required prior to hire)
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
