Insurance Account Manager – $25/hr + Great Benefits | Grand Junction, CO

What You’ll Do



  • Help clients secure policies through our trusted brokerage partners.



  • Educate clients and team members on coverage options and underwriting guidelines.



  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier partners.



  • Manage applications, endorsements, renewals, and policy changes accurately.



  • Keep up to date with brokerage market products and updates.



  • Deliver a smooth, friendly, and stress-free client experience.




What We’re Looking For



  • Insurance experience preferred (brokerage or multi-carrier experience a plus).



  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.



  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.



  • Comfortable using insurance platforms, carrier systems, and Microsoft Office.




  • Property & Casualty license (or willing to get one within 60 days — we’ll help).
