As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Octavius Smith - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.

Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Stone Mountain GA.
Our office is open 9am-5pm Mon to Fri.
