Insurance Agent

                                            Insurance Customer Service Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and service insurance policies including auto, home, life, health, or commercial.


• Respond to inbound leads and actively prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.


• Educate clients on coverage options, pricing, and policy details.


• Prepare accurate quotes and process applications.


• Maintain knowledge of carrier products and underwriting guidelines.


• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies.


• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License (preferred).


• Previous insurance sales or customer service experience required


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.


• Proficient with computers and agency management systems or CRM software.
  

Days: M-F 8a-5p

Pay: $16+
