This program is designed for hungry, ambitious individuals who want to accelerate their skills, confidence, and earnings in the insurance field.

• Unlicensed individuals are welcome — mentorship includes guidance to get licensed, and we may be able to have your full course and licensing fees waived

Criminal History & Licensing Disclosure:

• Certain criminal convictions may affect eligibility for an insurance license
• Applicants with a criminal history should review state insurance licensing requirements and may still be eligible for mentorship and training

• Proven working experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant experience
• Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc)
• Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
• Proven ability to work with goals
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
• High school or BS degree
