Key Responsibilities

• Grow your client base through networking, outreach, and active community involvement

• Educate clients about our full portfolio of auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance products

• Conduct needs assessments and design personalized insurance solutions

• Manage the sales process from prospecting and consultation through presentation and closing

• Build long-term relationships via regular check-ins, policy reviews, and outstanding service

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while nurturing client loyalty

• Stay informed of industry trends and maintain deep knowledge of Farmers Insurance offerings

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for sales success

• Excellent organizational, time management, and independent work skills

• Sales or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required

• Willingness to obtain or maintain a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty)

• Bilingual abilities are a plus
