Insurance Agent - Join a Leading Company

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bilingual Insurance Agent in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role involves working closely with insurance agents and customers, providing top-notch customer service, and handling both inbound and outbound calls. The workplace is based on-site and falls within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from insurance agents and respond to their queries effectively

• Make outbound calls to customers to provide service or product information

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, striving to provide world-class service

• Use Management System and MEDITECH effectively for necessary tasks

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks including record keeping and data analysis

• Perform Benefit Functions, Billing Functions, and Claim Administration tasks, as required

• Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and transactions

• Manage and resolve customer credit inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Must be Bilingual in Spanish & English

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within the insurance industry

• Knowledge of Billing Functions related to insurance

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Ability to maintain accurate Documentation

• Insurance Referral Coordinator experience would be beneficial

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Must possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
