LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking multiple Insurance Agents in St. Louis, MO to join our client's growing insurance brokerage. Ideally, qualified candidates will have a Property and Casualty Insurance license, or are prepared to obtain one. The individual filling this role will be responsible for providing expert guidance and personalized insurance solutions to clients. This role is crucial in building and maintaining client relationships while ensuring that their insurance needs are met effectively.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (HYBRID)
Reason for Opening: Covering an unexpected Leave of Absence

Compensation: $25.00 to $30.00 per/hour (flexible)
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their insurance needs, including property and casualty coverage. Update and maintain new business pipeline data. Complete application and create proposal documents.
Policy Recommendations: Analyze client information and provide personalized insurance recommendations to meet their specific needs and budgetary constraints.
Policy Sales: Effectively communicate insurance options to clients and facilitate the sale of property and casualty insurance policies. Assist with New Business quoting including underwriting communication, online quoting, and quote review. Also completes creation of diligence reports.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals as needed. Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of policy transactions.
Claims Assistance: Serve as a point of contact for clients during the claims process. Provide guidance and support to ensure prompt resolution of claims.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional customer service. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Assist with New Business quoting including underwriting communication, online quoting, and quote review. Also completes creation of diligence reports.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and insurance products to provide up-to-date information and recommendations to clients.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and customer service, to deliver seamless insurance experiences for clients.
Qualifications:
Experience in the insurance industry preferred
University or college degree is helpful, but not required
Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner
Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office Suite
