Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a highly responsible professional position that provides technical and administrative support by independently conducting research, analysis, and investigations of insurance industry business practices to determine compliance with the Florida Insurance Code; and by providing recommendations and regulatory solutions to management.
Minimum Qualifications for this position include the following: REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Preference will be given to applicants with two or more years of proven work experience in the area of property and casualty insurance.
The starting salary for this position is $50,000.04. A work sample will be given; only applicants who pass the work sample will be interviewed. Preference will be given to applicants with two or more years of proven work experience in the area of property and casualty insurance.
Employees of the Office of Insurance Regulation are paid on a monthly pay cycle.
This is a non-remote on-site position located in Tallahassee, FL.
