Insurance Clerk

Starting pay $16 an hour with monthly team bonus

Monday – Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Onsite, Clearwater, FL (Ulmerton Road)

Overview:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with some general office experience. Prior background in auto insurance is desired but not required,  This position is responsible for all insurance follow up and correspondence after purchase of accounts.  Works with customers, agents, Mid-Atlantic employees and management on insurance issues. Ability to learn and adapt to new challenges is a must!

Above average knowledge of Excel is required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

 What You'll Do:

• Responsible for heavy data entry
• Conduct outbound calls to customers
• Assist with inbound call regarding insurance issues
• Process all GAP claims through completion
• Properly document any interaction on the appropriate account
• Follow-up to ensure insurance checks are received in a timely manner
• General administrative and clerical support
