Are you a special individual with a passion for service and a knack for navigating the complexities of commercial insurance? Insurance Incorporated is seeking a dynamic Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for underwriting, issuing certificates, rating, marketing, assisting with policy renewals, and expanding our range of insurance offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete and organize ACORD applications and online applications from various carriers
  • Complete and issue Certificates
  • Assist Account Managers
  • Make Courtesy Calls and Assist with Billing Questions
  • Prepare applications, binders, proposals, summaries, endorsement requests, and certificates
  • Rate policies
  • Maintain data in agency management system (AMS360)
  • Build relationships with clients
  • Perform various clerical duties
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Must be a team player
  • Management and Remarketing of Renewals
Qualifications:
  • P&C License - Required
  • 1 year of commercial insurance experience
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
