We’re looking for a friendly, detail-loving Insurance Coordinator to help support our patients and make sure their insurance process is smooth, accurate, and stress-free.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Verifying insurance benefits for new and existing patients
• Accurately entering and updating insurance information in our system
• Submitting claims and following up to ensure timely processing
• Communicating with insurance companies and patients about coverage, benefits, and claims
• Working closely with our front desk and financial team to provide a seamless experience
• Answering insurance-related questions with warmth and professionalism

We’d Love to Meet You If You:

• Have previous experience in dental, orthodontic, or medical insurance coordination (bonus points for orthodontics!)
• Are a strong communicator and enjoy helping people
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
