Insurance Coordinator – Pediatric Dental Office (Full-Time)

Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: Based on experience

We are Hiring!  Our busy and upbeat pediatric dental office is looking for an experienced Insurance Coordinator to join our fun, supportive team! If you’ve worked with dental insurance, have experience with Dentrix, and want to be part of a practice that values hard work and a positive attitude—we want to hear from you!

What You will Do:

• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
• Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations
• Handle insurance aging reports and follow up on outstanding claims
• Work closely with patients and parents to explain benefits and treatment costs
• Collaborate with front office and clinical staff to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience as a dental insurance coordinator
• Proficiency with Dentrix dental software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive, team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to make a long-term commitment to our practice
