Insurance Coordinator at Hi5 Orthodontics

We’re a lively, patient-focused orthodontic office looking for an Insurance Coordinator who’s not only organized and detail-oriented—but also brings positive energy and a team-player attitude. If you love helping people, staying on top of insurance claims, and jumping in to support your coworkers when needed, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

Insurance Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for      orthodontic treatment
• Submit and track insurance claims accurately and      efficiently
• Follow up on outstanding claims and work to resolve      denials or delays
• Post insurance payments and adjustments in our practice      software
• Communicate with patients about their benefits,      authorizations, and balances
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date insurance records

Front Desk Support (as needed):

• Greet patients with a smile and assist with      check-in/check-out
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the      calendar
• Collect payments and provide excellent customer service
• Support the front desk team during busy times or when      coverage is needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in orthodontic or dental insurance is      preferred
• Strong knowledge of PPO plans, ortho benefits, and      coordination of benefits
• Friendly, upbeat, and a great communicator—both on the      phone and in person
• Comfortable working with practice management software
• Team player who’s flexible and willing to jump in      wherever needed
