What You’ll Do:

• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility for new and existing patients
   
• Submit insurance claims and track payments to ensure timely reimbursements
   
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues
   
• Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities
   
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient insurance records
   
• Collaborate with the front office and billing team to ensure a smooth patient experience
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in dental or medical insurance coordination (orthodontic experience is a plus!)
   
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
   
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
   
• Familiarity with dental software systems (experience with Dolphin Management a bonus!)
   
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
