In this role, you'll be the bridge between our patients and their insurance providers, ensuring a smooth and transparent billing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input insurance profiles (medical and dental) into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Obtain and document detailed breakdowns of benefits from insurance companies.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility prior to appointments.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate patient care and billing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in dental or medical insurance coordination is a plus.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
