Responsibilities/Duties: 

• Verify and process insurance claims daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims and unpaid balances.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies to resolve payment delays or denials.
• Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient insurance records.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure proper documentation for claims.

Qualifications: 

•  Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental insurance coordination or a related field. 
• Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
