Job Description - Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation Attorney
Our clientâs Seattle office is seeking an Insurance and Bad Faith Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience. This role offers the opportunity to litigate insurance and bad faith actions in Washington and other jurisdictions while providing a wide range of insurance coverage services to clients. The position is flexible, allowing work to be performed remotely or in the office.
Duties/Requirements:
JD with excellent academic credentials.
Minimum of four years of litigation experience, with at least two years handling coverage matters and litigating bad faith and/or insurance-related actions.
Ability to manage breach of contract, bad faith, and all facets of insurance litigation from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing.
Extensive experience in all facets of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, alternative dispute resolution, and trial preparation.
Demonstrated ability to provide liability analyses to clients and develop litigation strategies commensurate with case needs.
Experience with both state and federal court proceedings.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner.
Current Washington Bar admission in good standing is required; California Bar admission is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
Expected salary range: $140,000 - $175,000, adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other factors.
