A leading policyholder advocacy firm in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation Attorney with 5-15 years of experience to join its growing team. This full-time, on-site position focuses on representing policyholders in high-stakes disputes against insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Litigate complex insurance coverage and bad faith cases on behalf of policyholders

• Conduct depositions, hearings, and trial prep

• Manage caseload from inception through resolution

• Collaborate with legal teams to develop strategic case approaches

Qualifications:

• 5-15 years of litigation experience (insurance coverage preferred)

• Prior experience representing either policyholders or carriers

• Strong deposition and courtroom background highly desired

• California Bar admission required

• Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
