At McLaurin Law, we sue insurance companies when they delay, deny, or dodge. We’re looking for an Insurance Coverage Attorney to lead first- and third-party cases against national carriers — involving commercial property, business losses, DJ actions, and extra-contractual claims.This isn’t a writing-room gig. It’s litigation. Real deadlines. Real courtrooms. Real clients depending on real results.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a docket of coverage cases from pre-suit through trial.
• Handle commercial property, liability denials, and bad faith claims.
• Supervise staff and report directly to the firm’s owner.
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, depose adjusters, and drive strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mid-Level: 4–7 years of civil litigation or insurance experience.
• Senior: 8+ years with trial or complex case leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of insurance policy language and litigation tactics.
• Obsessive about deadlines, consistency, and execution.
• Ready to handle multiple active cases without letting things slip.
