Insurance Coverage Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-respected AmLaw firm in Boston, MA seeking an insurance coverage attorney to join their firm on a reduced-hours basis.

Qualifications:
5+ years of litigation experience handling insurance coverage disputes in the commercial insurance sector
Experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation including, but not limited to, experience conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, participating in mediation, and extensive communication with clients
Experience reviewing commercial insurance policies, drafting coverage evaluations and reservation of rights letters, and extensive communication with clients regarding coverage issues and coverage positions
JD required
License to practice in MA
