About the opportunity

This is an opportunity to manage your own caseload and client relationships from day one. The practice focuses on sophisticated insurance coverage disputes for Bay Area tech companies.

What you'll do

• Analyze and interpret insurance policies for institutional clients.


• Manage direct client relationships with sophisticated policyholders.


• Develop coverage strategy and advise on policy procurement.


• Litigate coverage disputes in California courts.


• Draft coverage opinions, RORs, and demand letters.

What you bring (required)

• Institutional or corporate client experience.


• Independent matter management with minimal supervision.


• Civil litigation experience: depositions, motions, court filings.


• Active bar admission in California.


• Policy analysis across GL, D&O, E&O, cyber, property lines.


• Strong legal writing and coverage analysis skills.
