What do our Customer Service Representatives do?

Greet visitors, check appointments and direct them to the proper person or office

Receive telephone calls incoming to the agency and refer call to the proper person or office

Process all incoming mail as well prepare deposits (Whitley City only change out for other locations)

Do you have what it takes?

2+ years’ experience in Customer Service

PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-office position. Candidates must live within commutable distance of our Winchester, KY office

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Strong time management skills
