The Opportunity:

Our Client is actively recruiting an attorney to join our Insurance practice group in Dallas.

Our Client is seeking a non-partnership track attorney with at least three to five years of experience in civil defense work, preferably related to property and casualty insurance. A strong candidate will be an experienced lawyer who seeks a steady volume of insurance litigation and autonomy, along with the opportunity to be part of a strong team. The position allows for flexibility in hours expectations with commensurate compensation and will focus on litigation without needing to be involved in business development. Texas bar admission is required.

Our Client's Insurance group works with some of the nations largest insurance industry clients. Their practice comprises all lines of insurance, including annuity, health, life, and property & casualty. Our practice covers a broad array of regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters, including with respect to corporate governance, insurance holding company regulation, investment, market conduct, public policy, and solvency. Their Insurance associates work directly with our clients, engage meaningfully with insurance industry groups, and join business development opportunities in the early stages of their career.
