Insurance Operations Associate (Claims, New Business, or Existing Clients)

Piper Companies is actively seeking an Operations Associate for a thriving Insurance and Financial Services organization based in Durham, North Carolina. The Operations Associate will be part of the new business, claims, and existing business operations team, contributing to various business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer service and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities for the Operations Associate include:
Ensure a positive client experience through exceptional customer service.
Manage all verbal and written communication and correspondence with clients.
Take a proactive approach to follow up on issues until resolution.
Handle all client requests to full completion and escalate any issues to management as needed.

Qualifications for the Operations Associate include:
Bachelor's Degree is required.
At least 1 year of experience or an internship in a customer-facing/customer service type position
Onsite presence 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) is mandatory.
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering the highest level of service.
Comfortable and confident in communicating with clients via phone, email, chat, and text.

Compensation for the Operations Associate includes:
Range: $22-23/hr based on experience
No sponsorship or C2C arrangements
