Position Overview:
Ignition Insurance is a newer fast-growing team looking to expand! We are looking for
someone who is driven and a top performer. This role is 100% on-site at a centralized
office. No cap on how much you can make. The more you sell the more you make!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Source new sales opportunities through warm outbound lead follow-up as well as
inbound inquiries from customers
● Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
● Prepare personalized personal line insurance quotes to help guide customers to
the best coverage for their situations
● Participate in a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and help educate
customers about insurance options
● Achieve monthly sales goals as an individual and as a team
● Maintain accurate client data in agency management system as well as detailed
record of communications

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
H.S Diploma plus 1 year experience in sales or customer service position

QUALIFICATIONS
● Ability to type and use Gmail
● Proactive in problem solving
● Detail oriented
● Personal on the phone
● Ability to work in a team environment but self motivated

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
We will help get you obtain your insurance license within a reasonable time frame from your start date
