What You Will Do:

• Lead assigned Insurance products governance according to bank standards and regulatory requirements; 


• Own assigned products area and related processes (i.e. new sales, after-sales etc.); 


• Take full responsibility for smooth end-to-end business process and necessary implementations for process efficiency and product profitability; 


• Support sales teams to achieve profitability targets, complimenting business strategy; 


• Oversee product life cycle such as market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field as well as drive innovation by working with external partners/alliances to develop products, manage ongoing relationships; 


• Follow up market practice, regulations and compliance requirements; 


• Collaborate with various internal and external teams to ensure necessary product changes and to improve insurance sales, servicing, renewals, monitoring efficiencies;


• Take care of achieving agreed cross-sale, general sales, revenue targets.

What We Expect: 

• 
  General competence about Insurance product area, products offered in Baltics


• Term “bancassurance” to be understood well 


• Experience in development of products and processes 


• Ability to work simultaneously with numerous stakeholders in a cross-Baltic team


• Initiative to learn quickly new tasks 


• Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly 


• Sufficient skills for conversations or presentations. Can discuss professional fields with reasonable ease. 


• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
