Your Role and Responsibilities

As a remote Sales Professional, you will grow a local Allstate agency by:

Building relationships with new and existing clients.

Educating customers on the value of insurance.

Achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service.

Identifying and qualifying leads from various sources.

Willing to obtain a P&C licensed after hired

Compensation Structure:

Base pay $ 25,.000-30,000.00 based on experience and skill level

Uncapped commission structure, earn as much as you work!

All employees make at least $60,000.00 and our top earners make $95,000.00 annually with commission.

Quarterly bonuses
