Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our insurance office team. You will play a key role in building relationships with customers, addressing their insurance needs, and helping them protect what matters most. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation, opportunities for growth, and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Provide tailored insurance solutions by assessing customers' needs and presenting appropriate products.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer coverage.

Assist with policy reviews, updates, and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.

Sales experience preferred, ideally in insurance, financial services, or a related field.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Self-motivated and goal-driven with a passion for helping customers.

State insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe (company support provided).
