Insurance Revenue Processor/Direct Bill Coordinator

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding an Insurance Revenue Processor/Direct Bill Coordinator to their team in Tallahassee, Florida.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for processing commission-related activities within our general ledger with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. This role also includes essential operational support, including close collaboration with internal departments to ensure prompt monthly commission processing.

Essential Functions:

• Reconcile and record commissions from carriers to maintain accurate accounting production.


• Address and resolve issues related to financial transactions or delayed payments.


• Act as liaison between the accounting and servicing teams to resolve discrepancies.

Competencies & Qualifications: 

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry


• Strong mathematical and computation skills


• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines


• Effective interpersonal and communication skills


• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus


• 3–5 years of experience bookkeeping/accounting


• Insurance industry experience preferred
