As a sales producer, you will have the ability to develop a lucrative career by providing customers with Personal, Commercial, Life & Health Products. You will be dealing with new and existing business within our agency.

Responsibilities:

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Solicits new business via in-person meetings, telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

Develop information in order to prepare insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Servicing existing clientele

Requirements:

Be P&C (or L&H) licensed in Louisiana - (Preferred not Required)
- If not licensed, we can help

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.

Possess and upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Cultivate new relationships.

Nurture current relationships.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
