As an Insurance Sales Account Manager, you will:
Prospect for new clients through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Sell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed monthly production goals
Follow up on open quotes and warm leads provided by the agency
Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining strong, lasting client relationships
Stay organized using CRM tools and ensure accurate policy documentation
Actively participate in sales training, team meetings, and growth initiatives
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. We’re looking for individuals who have:
At least 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or other customer-facing roles
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Comfort with outbound calls, digital communication, and face-to-face interactions
A results-driven mindset and commitment to continuous growth
Ability to quickly learn insurance products, systems, and compliance requirements
Property & Casualty and/or Life license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Fluency in a second language is a plus
