Insurance Sales Advisor

Tawnya Clark Agency LLC – American Family Insurance
Golden, Colorado
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for helping others? Join the Tawnya Clark Agency LLC as an Insurance Sales Advisor in Golden, Colorado! We’re looking for a motivated individual to deliver exceptional service, sell both property & casualty and life insurance, and grow their career in a friendly, fun, and laid-back work environment.
This role offers competitive pay, commissions, bonuses, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our clients' lives.
Position Details:


  • Pay: $22/hour + commissions and bonuses


  • Hours: 30-40 hours per week


  • Benefits:

    • 2 weeks paid time off (PTO)

    • 401(k) with employer matching



Your Role:

  • Build lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through insurance options

  • Provide expert advice to help clients select tailored solutions for property, casualty, and life insurance needs

  • Use your sales skills to exceed performance goals and drive revenue growth

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our systems

What We’re Looking For:


  • Licenses Required: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance licenses


  • Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales role, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets


  • People-Oriented: Strong communication and relationship-building skills


  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
