What You'll Do:


✅ Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
 ✅ Educate clients on personalized insurance solutions that meet their needs.
 ✅ Build long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
 ✅ Take initiative and work independently in the office while maintaining accountability.



What We’re Looking For:


✔ Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
 ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 ✔ Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
 ✔ A valid Property & Casualty and Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one).
