What You’ll Be Doing

• Quote, present, and close sales
• Meet sales and productivity goals
• Provide a positive customer experience
• Continuously update customer file in CRM

Who We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Demonstrated coachability, coupled with the drive to surpass set goals
• Exceptional interpersonal and sales skills
• An unwavering competitive spirit
• A positive, resilient, and winning attitude
• Must acquire a FL Life and Disability (Health) license within 14 days of hire

What You Can Expect

• We will not only pay for your Florida 2-40 Insurance License, but we will pay YOU while you are getting your license
• Paid time off
• Paid sick time

• $32,000 - $82,000/per year
• Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
