We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Insurance Sales Assistant / Agent Trainee to support our growing agency. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the business from the ground up while providing exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Answer and direct incoming calls professionally

✅ Assist customers with policy updates, payments, and general inquiries

✅ Provide administrative and sales support to agents in the office

✅ Help process documents and maintain accurate customer records

✅ Learn the fundamentals of insurance to potentially grow into a licensed agent
