Right now, we are looking for candidates in Aurora Colorado to lead a sales team of insurance professionals and help customers protect their homes, cars, lives, and retirement incomes. You'll be responsible for the creation and implementation of the agency’s sales and marketing strategies. Sales staff will report directly to you.
Job Responsibilities of an agency office manager
- Build agency reputation and sales growth through positive customer relations, marketing programs and lead acquisition
- Create and enforce office policies, standards, and procedures to help the agency run smoothly and profitable
- Supervise sales personnel, create schedules, manage daily operations, and hold staff accountable to their performance goals
- Assist in customer claims processing and resolution
Job Requirements of an agency office manager
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead and coach a team; management experience is a plus
- Highly capable of managing all business operations; fluency in Allstate systems is a plus
- Straight-forward communicator, dependable and strong leadership skills
- Must have some working knowledge of insurance and/or financial services experience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Passionate about relationship building, genuinely caring and driven to fulfill customers’ needs
- Previous sales experience in an insurance agency strongly preferred
- Must have insurance licenses
