Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.

Needs Analysis and Consultation:
- Assess clients' unique insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions, including auto, home, life, and business policies.
- Clearly explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options to help clients make informed decisions.

Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by offering personalized insurance solutions that align with client goals.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to ensure comprehensive coverage for clients.

Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional support to clients by assisting with policy updates, renewals, and claims inquiries.
- Act as a reliable point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty to Dennis Salazar Allstate.

Compliance and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities in alignment with company and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
