Job Description - Insurance Sales Representative

Company Description

Atlanta area Allstate Agents are hiring out-going, career oriented, sales professionals to join their teams as a Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives (Licensed Sales Producers)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Calling, presenting, and selling Allstate Insurance products and services

  • Develop leads, schedule appoints, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

  • Establish client relationships and follow-up with customers as needed

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience

  • Licensed in Property & Casualty will be REQUIRED.

  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening

  • Ability to have success working Internet based leads

  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

  • *Bilingual (English/Spanish) not required but strongly encouraged to apply!

  • Telephone and inside sales.

  • Selling to customer needs.

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic.

  • Goal oriented,  highly motivated, & results driven

  • Ability to close leads & achieve results.

  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Reliable, trustworthiness, & dependable.

Additional Information

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive Base Salary plus commission

  • Bonuses available as well based on meeting goals
